DIP-IN is continuing our partnership with the Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center (INRC) to bring free training to residents living in the DIP-IN communities. Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) and Appreciative Inquiry (AI) trainings have been held so far in the Near West and Northeast DIP-IN communities, as well as an additional online session.

For the final session, INRC is holding a free conflict management & communication workshop for Near Northwest residents on Monday, March 9 at 5:30 p.m. The workshop will be held at the AMP at 16 Tech, and a complimentary dinner is included.

Community leaders and residents can expect that “this session will build on conflict management strategies related to understanding people, styles, and generations to help you lead positive and impactful collaboration” in your communities.

While this workshop is free, registration is required.
